Method of Preparation:
Defrost bread for 5-10 minutes at room temperature. Preheat oil (200°) under medium heat. Fry defrosted bread for 30-40 seconds by pressing them gently into the oil, then move the frying spoon in such a way that the oil is poured over the bread from the sides, as it cooks and and balloons/expands.
